For years, I thought my biggest core belief was “I’m not enough.” But when I really slowed down and tuned in, I realized what’s actually been running the show underneath it all was “I’m not safe.”

That awareness changed everything for me.

In this episode, I’m unpacking what that means — how our subconscious beliefs are formed, how they shape the way we see ourselves and the world, and how we can start reprogramming them through awareness, compassion, and lived experience.

This conversation is for you if you’ve ever struggled with perfectionism, control, people-pleasing, or that constant need to stay one step ahead just to feel safe.
