This series invites us to slow down and pay close attention to the pattern of life Jesus teaches. Many of us feel pressure from strong opinions, constant noise, and rapid change in the culture around us. This series will help us to explore our daily habits, reactions, and relationships through the example of Jesus.

TALK NOTES

On Sunday, we continued in The Way series, exploring how God calls us to live lives of justice, mercy, and humility… not through effort, but through encounter with Him.


  1. What does the Lord require of you? Not performance, but hearts aligned with His acting justly, loving mercy, and walking humbly with God. 
  2. We cannot manufacture compassion. Justice, mercy, and humility sound beautiful… until we try to live them. These are not achieved by willpower but formed in us as we return to God. 
  3. Look to the cross and come back to Him. At the cross, justice and mercy meet perfectly. As we come back to spend time with Jesus, our hearts are renewed, and we begin to live differently walking closely with Him again.
