We go over how attraction to immediate rewards and difficulty weighing consequences leads to impulsive (sometimes criminal) behavior in adolescence. We discuss specific cases when adolescents have committed crimes and end up spending many years or a lifetime in prison. We talk about the history of the legal driving age and drinking age (which is pretty fascinating). Finally, we wrap things up by discussing the conclusion and our final thoughts on the book.
