Most of us are daunted by just the thought of doing a 24 hour slot car race, so imagine having to commentate on one, live, broadcast to the world.
Ian & Doug, otherwise known as Magnetic Racing and Think Scalextric Events, added the 24 hour stint to their race reporting repertoire in Italy in June 2025. This week they are flying to LA to be the voice of the Slot.it Nationals from Electric Dreams for the third yer in a row.
They took time out from packing to have a chat about how they came to find themselves as the voice of slot car racing.
