\nBorn and raised in Scotland, Jillian hails from a family with a hospitality background. Her love for hospitality was ignited from helping her mum run a successful B&B/hotel in Scotland. She later moved to London running bars around the city before she founded the award winning Drake & Morgan in 2008 which consists of 18 large-scale bars and restaurants across London and Manchester. She was awarded an MBE for services to the hospitality industry and sits on the Board of Trustees for The Drinks Trust – a charity organisation that provides support care and assistance to those working in the drinks industry.
