Melie (Amelia) Kerr is a ridiculously talented cricket player from Wellington.
She is also wise beyond her age. She is the youngest podcast guest ever (I think) but already has been through so much and has an ability to share her journey in a way that we can all gain from.
Melie took me back to her darkest period back in 2021 and shares some pretty dark stuff, I know its not easy to revisit this stuff so I can’t thank her enough.
As well as being an incredible cricketer she has also become a powerful mental health advocate by sharing her own struggles with her incredible video series, “Treading Water”
