Welcome to the first episode of Somewhere Between Thirty & A Midlife Crisis: \"I used to be funny, a serious intro.\" I introduce myself and the podcast, outline my past history in content creation as JustFeezy, and loosely explore some of my journey in seeking therapy for OCD and paranoia. I set the stage for future episodes and explain how future guests will participate in open conversations about life. Overall, the goal of each episode will be to remind one another that life is full of ups and downs, the world around us can offer us support through lived experience, and we don't have to live this life alone.
