It keeps us on our toes...ad can often lead to a sleepless night or two. </strong></h3><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>As we plunge towards D Day - I am reminded of the food festival we worked at in June where we didn't have any of the stresses from putting on the event - we just enjoyed it!
