In this episode I chat with one of the members of my 3 month sober challenge,  Kate Morrison.  Kate signed up for the challenge in the midst of some big personal challenges and changes and as a group we watched her grow from strength to strength.   
In the podcast we chat about her reluctancy to do "the work" initially but how at day 50 she started to put some journalling and meditation in to practice and the real shift happened.  
Kate is now fully into her meditation,  mindfulness and gratitude practice and at day 98 of her sobriety is all set to tackle 12 months AF.
