A foundational practice for awakening essential self care, reducing stress + easing or healing menstrual health problems. We chat about how we can actually plan our month a little more productively in line with when we will have the most energy + creativity. Do you know when your best time to manifest is? E.G., after practicing MCA, you may decide to not exercise near menstruation, say no more + not feel bad about it, or decide to intentionally do more creative fun things in the middle of your cycle .
