Kanan is a holistic coach for neurodivergent, gifted and 2e adults and families - those who are highly sensitive, intense, complex and often misunderstood. She specialises in transforming their wellbeing and sense of agency so they can reach their full potential in all areas of life.
She has a lifetime of lived experience of intersectionality as a late diagnosed autistic and gifted, asian woman.
30 plus years in a neurodiverse relationship.
17 plus years as a parent to an ADHD, autistic and gifted teen and over 8 years working closely with the neurodivergent population from children aged 3 to adults in their 60s.
Comfortable navigating neuroscience and psychology to ancient wisdom, somatic practices and energy work meaning she can quickly connect and dive deep with clients to get to the root of the problem. With a focus on emotional and existential intelligence she intuitively facilitates healing allowing individuals to feel lighter and live meaningful, fulfilling lives.
Her work is influenced by trauma healing approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Compassionate Inquiry, buddhist philosophy, shamanic and yogic practices. Clients feel safe to be completely vulnerable and therefore able to see how they are holding themselves back. By raising their level of consciousness they can express their full authentic selves and self-actualise.
