⚽ NOTTS COUNTY 1–1 STOCKPORT COUNTY | MATCH REACTION
⚪️💙 SIDIBEH IS BACK AMONGST THE GOALS – BUT HOW MUCH HAVE WE MISSED HIM?
County returned to Meadow Lane for the first time since that unforgettable 5–2 victory in April 2024 that saw us crowned League Two champions – but this time we had to settle for a share of the spoils.
A 1–1 draw against Notts County, with Sidibeh coming off the bench to grab the equaliser and score his first goal since Wembley!
After a slow and carefully managed return from injury, it's a welcome moment for a player County fans have been desperate to see back firing.
But just how important is a fully fit Sidibeh to this Stockport County side?
Steve, Andy, Toby and Rob are back on Sunday night to pick through everything that happened at Meadow Lane and discuss the bigger picture.
Was it a good point away from home or two points dropped?
Did County do enough to deserve the win?
Who impressed?
And what did we learn from the performance?
We'll also take a closer look at Sidibeh's road back to fitness, what he brings to the team and whether County have been missing that extra attacking threat. Is he ready for more minutes? How carefully should Jim McNulty manage his return?
And could getting Sidibeh back to his best make all the difference this season? And there's barely time to catch our breath! County are back on the road on Tuesday night with a quick turnaround and another tough away fixture against Oxford United. Will McNulty need to shuffle the pack? How much will Saturday's game have taken out of the players? And can County turn draws into wins on their travels?
💬 WHAT DID YOU MAKE OF THE 1–1 DRAW?
A decent point at Meadow Lane or an opportunity missed? How pleased were you to see Sidibeh back on the scoresheet? How much have County missed him? And what would you change for Oxford? Get involved in the LIVE chat, send us your questions and have your say!
