On this episode Rebecca and I explore the ghost phenomenon, where I talk about the 12 types of ghosts, exploring the paranormal on YouTube and various paranormal channels, and my theory on the different phases of a ghost manifestation; from orb to full bodied apparition. As well as why people in general, and why we in particular, get into the paranormal as a hobby. At the end I talk about spirituality, and I hit myself right in the feels thinking about my own battle with depression and suicidal ideation. If anyone is having trouble, I want you to know that you're not alone, and to please reach out to someone if you're having a difficult time. We all go through struggles, and it doesn't make you weak or crazy, it makes you human. Life is hard and we all need help from time to time, to fill our lives with something positive and meaningful, that helps us process our feelings and pain.
