On this fun and light episode Rebecca and I offer our movie review of the new Predator movie Prey. Then, we want to address some of the people out there calling this movie too "woke?!" We'll go into what woke means and if the term is being overused today in our culture. We'll talk about the Twitter mob and cancel culture that wants to cancel celebs and public figures retroactively for past behaviors that might now be considered inappropriate by today's standards, and the harm in that. Then, lastly, we'll talk about how to be the eye of the storm in these whirlwind times and dealing with changes as we move into a different phase or stage in life, for example, like Rebecca and I, as we enter the "autumn" of our lives; and really, to find the calm and comfort of good mental health, relaxation, and good sleep despite all the scariness and craziness of the world.
