Critical mass for embracing AI may have been reached this year for many businesses, but how do you get started to a) address your employees' perspectives as a leader and b) be competitive in your market?
\"Having a foundation in place before you get started is pretty important,\" says Abbajay.
\"To try and just pull in the bells and whistles without having your data foundation there, it's probably not going to give you the results that you want. That's number one.
\"Then, educating your employee and HR base is critical, to make sure people aren't anxious.\"
