Big Shitty is prepped for a classic Borradale road trip up half of the f*ckin' country as he is going to Cooktown for the weekend to hopefully get some pigging and fishing in. We go over what we've been up to, including diving into one of the biggest pyramid schemes in the world, Bubbles. We head WAY up North for Beachside Pub of the Week and we've got some ripper analysis on Party Pies for Cooking, as well as some great reverse sear work and an attempt at the viral Dumpling Lasagne.
