Iron Woman, International triathlete, long distance trekker (we’re talking 240km through the desert) and currently enjoying 30k trail runs – all after spinal fractures, getting through worrying about whether each run would flair up her symptoms, and being diagnosed with hypo-throidism. Alyce describes her journey back to exercise and her evolving relationship with her body. She says all the right things; whether it's about keeping energised having lived through hypothyroidism, about how to get a habit in place and a team around you to get up to high level exercise or about how bad times do change.
