A move into the 5D, which is not a new phenomenon as humans have always sensed there is a powerful unseen force circulating within and around us all, is us reversing the focus outward and fuelling from within. From our inner landscape we can connect to the high vibrations of love, joy, gratitude and expand in our oneness. As more and more people move from the 3D to the 5D we all have an important task in exercising our free will - to choose the frequency from which we live and build our lives upon. In this episode Kirsten talks through the 3, 4 and 5D frequencies and the implications from embodying each one.
