Simon is married to Anne, and together they pastor Aarhus Vineyard, lead Vineyard Denmark, and have two girls.
Before moving into ministry, Simon trained in jazz piano at the Royal Academy of Music in Copenhagen and made a living as a touring musician. However, God had other plans. In 2013, Simon was hired as a pastor at Copenhagen Vineyard. In 2017, he and Anne planted Aarhus Vineyard, and in 2022 they were elected to lead the Danish Vineyard movement.
Simon is deeply engaged with how we integrate our beliefs and theology into our lives and leadership, so that we become healthy leaders: healthy leaders capable of living within the Kingdom tension we are called to inhabit, building healthy churches, and truly becoming the people that Jesus invites us to become.
