There were no DVDs, Blu-rays or streaming devices to relive favourite TV shows and movies. Even finding other fans was tough in the days before the internet. And yet somehow we muddled through.</p><p><br></p><p>A Fan Of A Certain Age is all about the experience of being a fan, so whatever the topic, I don’t narrate episodes or parrot already well known facts. Think of this as a message in a bottle that I’m chucking into the sea to preserve something of my life-long love of Sci-Fi for posterity.
