Tasha discussed the challenges of discussing mental health in the workplace and provided tips for employees and managers, emphasising the importance of creating a safe space for employees to discuss their mental health.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Tasha Broomhall discusses the four quadrants of mental health and the benefits of looking after mental health in the workplace.
