He has just won one of the most prestigious awards in British urology and his whole career has been built around not just treating men, but understanding them.</p><p><br></p><p>He has introduced pioneering microsurgical techniques to the North West, and his specialist practice covers everything from erectile dysfunction and testosterone deficiency to complex reconstruction. He founded the Manchester Andrology Research Collaborative, has published over sixty academic papers, and has contributed to international guidelines on men's health across Europe and America.
