On this episode Rebecca talks to Sooby Lynch. Sooby is a content creator, theatre-owner, voice-over artist, burlesque queen and mum to two girls, Marnie and Penny. When you take a glance at Sooby's Instagram feed you can see that Sooby is the most loving, creative, soulful person and that she fills her life with joy. However, even with a full heart Sooby discusses the grief that followed the loss of her dad in recent years, her adoption story, the exhausting but fulfilling role as a mama to two young kids and being diagnosed with ADHD at 40 and how it helped her with productivity, anxiety and living her life to the full.
