I have a Ph.D in Sociology and Anthropology. I worked a lot of jobs to make ends meet; like all parents, we give up everything we could have so that our children could have more opportunities in life. At the same time I was raising my 6-year old son alone since 2018 when he was about to turn 3. So I will usually talk about random things like single parenting, support from siblings, grandparents and other extended family members to build confidence in children. Since I work in the industry of growth and opportunities (Education) and mental health awareness. Most of the time just ranting about my day or sharing some methods to improve the upbringing of children in this 21st century. I try incorporating Stoicism as my way of life. I will always talk about life discovery towards a happier and more adaptable life. Since I grew up with ADHD, experience some mental breakdowns in life and dealt with people who struggle generally. Maybe try listening to me and see if you can relate to my ideas?</p>","author_name":"Dr. Suraya Abu Yazid"}
