Today on the take on board podcast, I'm speaking with Caroline Patrick about her journey to the boardroom.
Caroline is an experienced non executive director with extensive executive level experience in customer engagement. She has diverse industry experience having worked at senior levels in banking, wealth management, health insurance, retail superannuation, and government.
Caroline is a non Executive Director of the Women and Children's Hospital Foundation in Adelaide in South Australia, where she also chairs the marketing and fundraising subcommittee. And she is also a non executive director of Kara Inc, a leading disability service provider, working alongside people with disability across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia.
