'Two actors and a rugby player join a zoom call' sounds like the start of a really rubbish joke, but it's actually the beginning of a very special conversation.
Join ex England rugby international and RFU Injured Players Foundation ambassador Topsy Ojo and Knight of The Seven Kingdoms stars Henry Ashton and Peter Claffey as they discuss the challenges of elite sport and the importance of having options when the ability to compete comes to an end.
They also (obviously) discuss the ultimate starting 15 from the Game Of Thrones universe and Peter \"fan-girls\" over some of the highlights from Topsy's career.
Topsy Ojo is an Ambassador for the RFU Injured Players Foundation, an official charity of England Rugby that supports players at all levels of the game, from grassroots to professional, who have sustained a life-changing injury while playing rugby in England.
Thankfully life-changing injuries are extremely rare in rugby, but if they do happen on the pitch, the IPF can support a player and their family for life if needed.
