Some childhood memories are forgotten for a reason. Others are just waiting for you to come home.
When Henry takes a lawn-mowing job in his old childhood neighbourhood, he finds himself standing beside a house he hasn't seen in years.
And then he notices the fence.
Ten feet tall, separating his childhood home from the neighbouring property. The sight brings back a memory he'd long forgotten: a woman with long black hair and pale, cloudy eyes, peering down at him from the other side.
As more memories begin to surface, Henry starts to wonder what really happened during those missing years of his childhood—and who, exactly, has hired him to return.
Because whatever was watching him back then might still be waiting on the other side.
