There’s a lot to worry about, and I hope you can relate to some of them: the weather has been awful so I’m very worried about the mud, my hormones have been all over the place, and this cold won’t shift. All of which is adding up to a number of things that are out of my control come race day. But it’s not a race. It’s a run.
