An environment where they can use their diversity of thought to collaborate and innovate, utilising each other’s strengths and helping one another to thrive.&nbsp;</p><p>Zoe is very active in creating thought leadership and specialises in unpacking research and theory into actionable segments that leaders and their teams can implement. These topics span across all leadership but she has recently focussed on how to lead through change, team development and how the leader can facilitate and support the development of high performing teams, developing a growth mindset and creating a culture of psychological safety.
