He may have begun with a series of attacks dubbed the \"Green Vega Rapes\" which occurred from 1968 to 1970.</p><p><br></p><p>on one of the victims this chilling note was found:</p><p><br></p><p><em>This is tantamount to my insensitivity to people, especially women.
