Simon Ursell is Managing Director at Tyler Grange, an environmental planning consultancy that’s anything but ordinary. 


With over 25 years in the environmental sector, Simon leads his team with happiness as the founding principle, championing mental health and employee wellbeing in almost every business decision. 


An in-house psychologist; on-the-clock community days for volunteering; developing an app to monitor employee tiredness and, most recently, enrolling in the official four-day working week pilot starting in June - Simon takes the happiness and wellbeing of his team seriously.
