You are Here and It is Now. Welcome to Life, Unedited Sanctuary with Tiffany Garner and Friends, Where Reality Happens! This Show is a collective where vulnerability is welcome and space is held for growth and transformation through the radical acceptance lens of reality.
Tiffany Garner is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in private practice since 2005. She is also a proud dog mom of 3, certified Life Coach, Energy coach, Spiritual Coach, Death Doula and published author of “Life, Unedited the Power of Radical Acceptance 28 Theories of Living in Reality,” which includes the book, an accompanying workbook, oracle deck and online coaching program.
From the beginning of her career, she centered her work, as well as her life practice, around reality therapy-a framework she describes as “Radical acceptance of life at face value, without judgement, to the best of our ability.” In essence, “what is, is.” Her approach draws on a range of theories that together offer a grounded, deconstructed perspective on living authentically in the present moment.
