For this episode, Our Black Gay Diaspora host Erick is joined by Adé Adeniji — a Dutch-based British consultant, coach, trainer, investigator, and mediator. With an academic background in employment law, Adé has over 20 years of Human Resources experience across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. He’s also the co-founder of The Quest Collective C.I.C, a group supporting gay, bisexual, and queer men. Additionally, Adé the founder and director of Walk With You Coaching & Consulting, where he encourages leaning into vulnerability and cultivating one’s self-expression. Adé is one of the contributing writers in the 2014 Black and Gay in the UK: An Anthology, and co-author of 2012’s Love Me As I Am: Gay Men Reflect on Their Lives.
