This National Coming Out Day episode features Our Black Gay Diaspora guest, Gamal 'G' Turawa (Ep. 23). G is a British facilitator who travels the world, working within the public and private sectors to create ways to bring moments alive through one-to-one or group coaching and workshops. In this candid conversation, he shares his experience as the first openly gay Black British police officer with the London Metropolitan Police, and as the protagonist in the 2022 BAFTA-winning and The Guardian-sponsored short docudrama The Black Cop, directed by Cherish Oteka.
