In this episode, I welcome Estelle Asselin.
Originally from Tours in France, Estelle grew up cultivating a close relationship with nature.
After obtaining an MA in English, she worked in a theatre company for a little while before picking up her studies again in Paris which is when we met.
Estelle went on to move to London and train as an integrative counsellor as well as a nature and forest therapy guide.
She has a counselling practice in King's Cross and offers both private and public bathing experiences in London.
We talked about the role of nature within therapy and beyond, identity, tree-hugging (she doesn't), conscious foraging and more.
