This pivotal clash sparked a nine-month physical transformation, supported by his father, All-Ireland champion Tim Kennelly. </p><p><br></p><p>Tadhg champions a multi-sport upbringing, crediting his diverse background in cross-country, athletics, and soccer for building the athletic foundation that led to his record-setting AFL career and preventing early burnout.</p><p><br></p><p>He opens up about moving to Sydney at just 18, battling intense homesickness and a foreign game, anchored by the fear of letting down his family. His professional determination culminated in a historic 2005 AFL Premiership with the Sydney Swans, followed by a redemptive return to Irish soil in 2009 to win an All-Ireland Senior Football Championship medal with Kerry, fulfilling a lifelong promise to his father's legacy.</p><p><br></p><p>In his post-playing career, Kennelly has dedicated himself to men’s mental health through his charity, 'No One’s Watching'.
