Today we are welcoming the amazing Katie Kool-Wray to the podcast, who is an extraordinary leader and a great human being. She has very recently retired after 27 years at Proctor & Gamble, most recently as the CEO of their Tide Cleaners brand, which was almost a start-up within the wider P&G organisation which she successfully grew over the years.
