Yuan Yang is the Financial Times' Europe-China correspondent and, like me, a founding member of Rethinking Economics (RE). We chatted about RE, the economics profession, economics education, and education in general. We also talked about writing and our career paths, and finished by discussing several of the pressing issues with China.
