Currently, I live on the Mornington Peninsula with my two sons and our adorable dog, Stella.</p><p><br></p><p>In 2018, I made the courageous and life-changing decision to give up alcohol - this has reoriented my life in the most magical of ways.</p><p><br></p><p>Through all my work, my intention is to create connection - to empower people to recognise that courage often lies within the smallest and gentlest actions.
