Our guest on this episode is Dalton McGuinty, who served as Premier of Ontario from 2003 to 2013. Under Premier McGuinty Ontario created Canada's first Ministry of Research and Innovation where McGuinty himself served as minister. He has a B.Sc. degree in Biology from McMaster University and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa.
