Petra has run Menopause Yoga workshops and retreats at the Newson Health Menopause &amp; Wellbeing Centre in Stratford Upon Avon, UK, where she also launched the world’s first professionally accredited Menopause Yoga teacher training course, in 2019. Her&nbsp;pioneering&nbsp;holistic&nbsp;approach&nbsp;brings together western medicine and eastern wellbeing and her&nbsp;courses&nbsp;include expert talks by menopause specialist GPs, nutritionists, nurses, osteopaths,&nbsp;psychologists, pelvic floor trainers, and complimentary therapists in&nbsp;Ayurveda&nbsp;and traditional Chinese medicine.&nbsp;Petra has trained nearly 400&nbsp;fully qualified teachers located in 20 countries who offer specialist Menopause Yoga classes online and in-person.
