Our host Andro had a friendly bet with runner Meg Entrata for their first in-person road race – a half marathon at the Rock N Roll event that happened on June 19, 2022.
From a bet on who would finish stronger, both of them got pushed to stick to their training plans until burnout happened.
Burnout in training happens to everyone but for Andro and Meg, they were lucky to have the friendly competition as a push. From a bet against each other they ended up betting on each other as they face the same struggles and conquer small and big wins during their race preparations.
