Matthew is a professionally trained chef who spent the 80s touring with some of the biggest bands, including Fleetwood Mac and the Eagles.
He then became a radio DJ in Los Angeles, before moving to Honolulu, Hawaii, and eventually founding his own company 'Hawaii Food Tours'.
