A little more informal than my previous conversations. I had the opportunity to sit down with an old friend of mine, Julian and his other half Phoebe, and discuss their eventful year, buying a house and having a baby during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We discuss the process, the challenges faced, and hopefully help anyone listening understand the importance of doing your research and understanding what is needed from you before deciding to buy.
