They have since rebranded to</p><p>‘GUILD’.</p><p><br></p><p>Learning the ropes of managing a band on the fly she realised there was a world of opportunity for creating a career in the arts industry- something she previously thought to be  unobtainable.</p><p><br></p><p>After getting a diploma in sound production Molly got her first job working for an AV company in 2021.</p><p><br></p><p> She started at the very bottom of the barrel in this role but had a huge drive and hoped that she would eventually have the experience to pursue her own production dreams.</p><p><br></p><p>From building ground support structures, working hands to the bone she eventually got offered a job at an audio company where she spent some years</p><p>learning.</p><p><br></p><p>She has now worked on countless live events and festivals including Froth n Fury,Fringe world, RnB Fridays Live, RTR in the Pines, Telethon, WASO and PSO events.</p><p><br></p><p>Molly's latest adventure has been production managing at ‘Mojos Bar’ in Fremantle.</p><p><br></p><p>Stepping into a new space but using her audio and AV background as a basis for this role.</p>","author_name":"Aria Scarlett"}
