Molly is a live sound engineer, production manager and musician living in Perth Western Australia.
Her career in the arts industry began at 18 where she started
playing in a band formerly known as ‘The Wedges’. They have since rebranded to
‘GUILD’.
Learning the ropes of managing a band on the fly she realised there was a world of opportunity for creating a career in the arts industry- something she previously thought to be unobtainable.
After getting a diploma in sound production Molly got her first job working for an AV company in 2021.
She started at the very bottom of the barrel in this role but had a huge drive and hoped that she would eventually have the experience to pursue her own production dreams.
From building ground support structures, working hands to the bone she eventually got offered a job at an audio company where she spent some years
learning.
She has now worked on countless live events and festivals including Froth n Fury,Fringe world, RnB Fridays Live, RTR in the Pines, Telethon, WASO and PSO events.
Molly's latest adventure has been production managing at ‘Mojos Bar’ in Fremantle.
Stepping into a new space but using her audio and AV background as a basis for this role.
