Doireann Ní Ghlacháin is a fiddle player, broadcaster, co-host of the How to Gael podcast, and holder of a PHD in Oral Irish Poetry. She's also really sound and fun to chat to, so I thought what better on the Friday before Christmas than to hear from her about some of Ireland's cultural traditions at this time of year and where they came from.
