Today we take you inside Riviera Kombucha, a small, 100% organic and local Kombucha maker in the small city of Grasse, France.
Do you know what Kombucha is? Or why it is good for your health? We speak with the maker, Joris Bebin about all this and more and enjoy a tasting at a local cafe.
Joris is adamant about sourcing his ingredients locally -except for the tea- and that often includes neighbour's yards! He very poetically told us: “Behind each ingredient that I use there is always a story with men, women, a garden, a little secret place, little paradises, beautiful landscapes, varieties of rare or forgotten fruits. It's like a kaleidoscope of small journeys around us.”
