Taking advantage of a fallen officer, Murphy, they transform the remnants of his body to construct a super soldier, RoboCop. This walking tank is designed to suppress criminals and uphold the rule of law, but what does that mean to the humanity of the city and more importantly, the man inside the metal suit.
