We love the Planet of the Apes movies. The original series is great, the reboot trilogy is also great, and even the short-lived TV series is a lot of fun. There's always been one entry into the franchise that has stuck out like a sore monkey paw though, and that's what we're talking about this week: 2001's Planet of the Apes by Tim Burton! With an all-star cast of Tim Roth, Helena Bonham Carter, Paul Giamatti, and Mark Wahlberg (I guess), this film attempts to reboot the series yet fails at every possible turn.
