Before podcasts became podcasts, before algorithms took over, and before any of us had the sense to stop recording ourselves talking nonsense, there was When We Waffle.
Originally recorded over a decade ago, this was a weekly show hosted by comedian Terry Mynott, Laurie Peters and Katrina Fox. Part comedy, part conversation, part complete derailment, it somehow ran for 48 episodes and built a loyal following along the way.
We've dug the original recordings out of the archive and are releasing them once again for anyone who missed them first time around – or for those curious enough to revisit them.
A few references may be gloriously out of date. Some opinions may have aged better than others. But the laughs, silliness and general waffle remain exactly as they were.
Who knows? If enough people enjoy hearing them again, perhaps we'll even dust off the microphones and make some new ones.
